Türkiye'de Kentsel Bir Atıksu Arıtma Tesisinde SARS-CoV-2 ve Gastrointestinal Patojenlerin Araştırılması

In this study, SARS-CoV-2 and gastrointestinal pathogens in a municipal wastewater treatment plant (MWWTP) Elazığ (Turkey) were investigated. The pathogen analyzes performed influent effluent of MWWTP, different units. According to obtained analysis results, (bacterial, viral, EPA, stool parasites) detected the MWWTP. Enterohemorragic/verotoxin-producing Ecsherichia coli, all viral agents causing gastroenteritis (except sapoviruses (Sapo)), human parechovirus (HPeV) adenoviruses from Giardia lamblia parasites effluents When bacterial gastroenteritis, agents, investigated only 1 agent out 7, 4 6, 2 3, 3 was as positive (+), respectively. could not be samples taken each unit plant.
